The Red Sea Yachting (RSY) Institute endeavors to bolster its cadre of yacht instructors certified by the esteemed Royal Yachting Association (RYA). To this end, the Institute is pleased to offer a scholarship aimed at qualifying seasoned marine professionals to acquire the prestigious RYA Instructor qualification, paving the way for full-time employment at our institution. About The Red Sea Yachting Institute

The Red Sea Yachting Institute is the first accredited yachting school, by EMAS (the Egyptian Authority for Maritime Safety) Licensed No.1 We are affiliated with the Royal Yachting Association which is the National Governing Body in the United Kingdom for Motor Cruising, Powerboating and associated theory learning. Our affiliation to the RYA means we can award RYA certification in these schemes and fields. Which is recognized world-wide. RYA training centers are inspected annual to ensure the highest standards of quality education are delivered to their clients.

𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬

Graduation from the Naval College or The Arab Academy for Science and Technology and Maritime Transport (Marine Division).
Exceptional proficiency in English (both oral and written), evidenced by a Marlins Score of no less than 85%.
Completion of Military service.
Success in all physical and medical evaluations.
They have demonstrated commitment and aptitude for assuming the role of a full-time RYA Instructor at the RSY Institute.
Readiness to engage in full-time RYA training and examinations for 4 to 6 months.
Immediate availability for full-time employment at the Institute.
Must be of Egyptian Nationality.
Required Maritime Experience.
Extensive experience as a yacht skipper on motor vessels under 200gt, in multiple regions.
